Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, unfortunately we are unable to hold anything until after we have received an application and deposit.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Yes, prior to move in the security deposit along with the first and last month’s rent will be required.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years of age.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, providing there are no damages caused to the property then all of the deposit is refundable.
Who needs a cosigner?

Anyone who does not meet our credit or income requirements.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You can submit an application online or contact RPM Property Management directly.
How do I pay rent?

You may pay by check, money order or debit/credit card through our website.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

We do welcome pets but there are some breed restrictions, size and weight restrictions as well as a pet deposit. Please contact RPM for further details.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

If your roommate meets all of their application qualifications on their own then they would be allowed to release you from the lease.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You must provide a 60 day notice stating that you will not be renewing your lease.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

All repairs and maintenance will be paid for by RPM providing the damage was not caused by the tenant.
